Terms and Conditions
1. General Information
LinkSocialDO is a digital platform operated by PROWEBRD through which professionals, businesses, and organizations may create and manage digital business cards, link pages, QR codes, shortened links, contact profiles, custom domains, and other tools related to their digital presence.
By accessing, registering for, or using LinkSocialDO, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these provisions, you must not use the platform.
2. Registration and Account
Certain features of LinkSocialDO require the creation of an account.
The user agrees to:
- provide accurate and up-to-date information;
- keep their password confidential;
- not share account access with unauthorized persons;
- notify us if unauthorized use of the account is detected;
- keep contact information up to date.
The user is responsible for activities carried out through their account, except where it can be demonstrated that a security breach was directly attributable to LinkSocialDO.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that contain false information, are used fraudulently, or violate these Terms.
3. Services Provided
Depending on the selected plan, LinkSocialDO may provide features including:
- digital business cards;
- link pages or BioLinks;
- QR codes;
- downloadable contact information;
- shortened links;
- customization of colors, backgrounds, and content;
- custom domains;
- statistics and analytics;
- team management tools;
- integrations with social networks and external services;
- tracking pixels and monitoring tools;
- SEO features;
- other features added to the platform in the future.
Available features may vary depending on the selected plan.
LinkSocialDO may modify, improve, replace, or discontinue certain features when reasonably necessary for the operation, security, or development of the platform.
4. Plans and Usage Limits
LinkSocialDO offers free and paid plans with different limits and features.
Each plan may establish limits related to:
- number of digital cards or pages;
- QR codes;
- links;
- projects;
- team members;
- custom domains;
- analytics;
- advanced features;
- storage or other resources.
Current limits will be those displayed on the pricing page or in the user's account dashboard at the time the service is purchased.
5. Payments
Paid plans may be charged monthly, annually, or through other payment options that LinkSocialDO may make available.
Payments are processed by third-party payment service providers. These providers may include PayPal or other platforms available at the time of purchase.
LinkSocialDO does not control the internal policies, verification procedures, availability, or authorization decisions of these providers.
Users must provide valid payment information and comply with the requirements established by the selected payment processor.
6. Renewals
When a user selects a recurring payment option, the service may automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless the renewal is canceled through the available options.
For one-time payments:
- the user receives access for the purchased period;
- no additional charge will be made automatically;
- manual renewal will be required to continue using the plan's features after the purchased period expires.
The applicable payment arrangement will be clearly displayed before the user confirms the payment.
7. Cancellation
When an automatically renewing subscription exists, users may cancel future renewals through the options available in their account or by contacting customer support.
Cancellation of automatic renewal does not necessarily result in immediate termination of the service. Users may continue to access the plan's features until the end of the period that has already been paid for.
One-time payments do not require cancellation because the service simply expires at the applicable expiration date.
8. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the service, payments for service periods that have already begun are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated.
However, LinkSocialDO may evaluate refund requests in situations including:
- duplicate charges;
- technical errors attributable to LinkSocialDO;
- incorrectly processed payments;
- justified exceptional circumstances.
Fees or policies applied directly by external payment processors may be subject to their own terms and conditions.
9. User-Generated Content
Each user is responsible for the content they publish or distribute through LinkSocialDO.
This includes, among other things:
- names;
- photographs;
- logos;
- links;
- phone numbers;
- addresses;
- business information;
- text;
- files;
- images;
- contact information;
- content included in QR codes.
Users represent that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use such content.
LinkSocialDO does not acquire ownership of user content.
The user grants only the technical permissions necessary for LinkSocialDO to store, display, transmit, and process such content for the purpose of providing the service.
10. Prohibited Uses
LinkSocialDO may not be used to:

Whenever reasonably possible, we will attempt to minimize the impact and duration of such interruptions.
14. Intellectual Property

Use of the platform does not grant users ownership rights over these elements.

The date of the latest update will appear at the beginning of this document.
When changes are material, we may notify users through the platform, by email, or through other reasonable means.
